BREAKING NEWS - Brooklyn Man Indicted for Filing Fake Immigration Applications; His Clients Should be Concerned.

A Brooklyn man was recently indicted by a federal grand jury for filing over 1,800 fraudulent applications for over 1,000 petitioners within the last 4 years. The indictment charges that this man submitted fraudulent Form I-360, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions along with Form I-485, Applications for Adjustment of Status, falsely claiming that his clients were victims of abuse in order to obtain Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) for them. The indictment further alleges that he submitted false fee waiver petitions on behalf of his clients without their knowledge.
