Breaking News: #TPS Re-registration for #SouthSudan Now Open!

The registration period for Temporary Protected Status, (“TPS”), for South Sudan is now open until January 4, 2021. If you were previously granted TPS from South Sudan and you wish to maintain your status until May 2. 2022, you must file to re-registration in the registration period.

If you have TPS from South Sudan and your Employment Authorization Document, (“EAD”), expires on November 2, 2020, you have an automatic extension of work authorization until May 2, 2021. However you still must file your application to re-register!
