#BreakingNews: #Burma #Myanmar Now Designated for #TPS for 18 months! #Syria #TPS extended & re-designated through 30 Sep 2022
As of March 11, 2021 individuals who are Burma (Myanmar) nationals (and individuals without nationality who last resided in Burma/ Myanmar) who are currently residing in the United States can file initial applications for Temporary Protected Status, (“TPS”), if they see the eligibility requirements.
*You must be able to demonstrate continuous residence in the United States as of March 11, 2021. If you entered the U.S. after this date, you will not be eligible.

You may also apply for Employment Authorization and a Travel Document.

DHS has extended Syria TPS until September 30, 2022. It has also re-designated Syria for #TPS, which will allow Syrians in the U.S. without TPS to apply for the first time.
