BREAKING NEWS: Non-detained Cases @ Courts Without Announced Reopen Date Are Postponed Through March 19, 2021*

Non-detained cases at courts that have NOT announced a reopen date are postponed through, and including, March 19, 2021.*

*NYC Immigration Courts, including Varick Street, Broadway and 26 Federal Plaza, have NOT announced reopen dates, and are thus postponed through at least March 19, 2021.

Newark, NJ Immigration Court have resumed non-detained hearings (*but a lawsuit to enjoin in-person hearings is currently pending).

Hartford, CT Immigration Court have resumed non-detained hearings as well.

If you had a case scheduled between now and March 19, 2021 and you are not detained, your case will be automatically rescheduled. The court will mail a notice containing your new date to your attorney, if you have one, if not to the address that they have on file for you. Make sure to keep your address updated with the court!
